Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on production machinery including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical schematics to minimize production downtime
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and documentation for all production equipment
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize machine efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for critical maintenance components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during maintenance activities
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
- Stay updated on emerging industrial technologies and recommend system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation controls, and hydraulic/pneumatic principles
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Certification in industrial maintenance or relevant technical training preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex mechanical failures
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
