Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive machine setup and calibration at the start of each production shift.
- Operate and monitor assigned production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient output.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting for minor mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, making necessary adjustments to equipment settings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Accurately document production logs, including output counts, downtime, and material usage.
- Report any major technical faults or safety hazards immediately to the production supervisor.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to use hand tools for minor adjustments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, production schedules, and safety instructions.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays or weekends if necessary.
