Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal output and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe production environment.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of minor machine malfunctions.
- Accurately record production data and inventory counts.
- Follow strict safety protocols and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform shift work as per the production schedule.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long hours.
- Basic command of English to read safety instructions and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Positive attitude and a reliable team player.
