Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery for chemical and hard disk assembly.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet stringent industry standards.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Accurately document production output and report any technical anomalies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OHS regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure shift targets and production quotas are met.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels or relevant NITEC certification.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work comfortably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks requiring standing and manual dexterity.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- A proactive attitude with strong communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week schedule.
