Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure products meet company quality and aesthetic standards.
- Accurately pack finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Monitor machine performance and report any mechanical issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and manage packing materials effectively.
- Support general production tasks as assigned by the production manager.
Kualifikasi
- Open to entry-level candidates; no prior experience required, though relevant manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) during office hours.
- Possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward manual work.
