Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on all production machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures accurately and efficiently.
- Execute necessary repairs, overhauls, and modifications to production equipment to restore operational standards.
- Monitor production lines in real-time to identify performance anomalies and potential safety hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment history documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a production maintenance or manufacturing plant environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts, as required by production needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment or standing for extended periods.
