Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation issues
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend upgrades
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years in production maintenance roles
- Strong expertise in PLC systems, motors, and industrial controls
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
