Join our dynamic team as a Production Maintenance Supervisor where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. This position requires you to oversee all maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment, guaranteeing calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance schedules are meticulously followed. You'll coordinate with production teams to align maintenance plans with production targets while minimizing downtime. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize equipment performance, and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead a technical team, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and implement best practices that enhance overall plant efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of equipment calibration and validation
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and reduce production downtime
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze maintenance data for continuous improvement
- Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance standards across maintenance operations
- Manage maintenance inventory, budget allocation, and vendor relationships
- Mentor maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance supervision within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance methodologies
- Proven track record in calibration and validation of industrial equipment
- Leadership experience managing technical teams of 5+ personnel
- Certification in Six Sigma or ISO 9001/14001 preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during critical maintenance periods
