Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in Corrugator, Flexo, and Finishing machines.
- Execute machine setup, calibration, and adjustment based on production requirements.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage in the maintenance log system.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine reliability and process efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards at all times.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in production machine maintenance.
- Prior experience with Corrugator, Flexo, or Finishing machinery is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
