Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Oversee the allocation and availability of raw materials and inventory on the production floor.
- Monitor machine and equipment performance to prevent downtime and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and issues.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality protocols across the production floor.
- Analyze production metrics to suggest improvements in operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well with floor personnel and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing setting.
