Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage production teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
- Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues
- Develop and implement production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and manage inventory levels
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained and promote a culture of safety among production staff
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining product quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience with GMP standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance improvements
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
