As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our manufacturing operations. You will lead a dedicated team of supervisors and line workers, driving operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your key focus will be to optimize production workflows, manage resources effectively, and implement best practices in food safety and quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless operations from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role offers a clear pathway for career progression within a rapidly expanding organization. You will be responsible for managing workforce planning, overseeing 24/7 production schedules, and managing operational budgets. Your ability to reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) will be critical to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and line workers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement and strictly enforce food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Develop and optimize production workflows to maximize output, minimize waste, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime) and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance plant productivity and product quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and government mandated requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the FMCG or Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex production operations.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) and GMP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila and work on a shifting schedule as needed.
