We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our facility in Ipoh, Perak.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Manage, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high levels of technical proficiency and team morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and logistics departments to streamline production workflows.
- Analyze production metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding performance and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects within the manufacturing plant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in high-tech or precision components.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large production teams and operational budgets.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to lead cross-functional communication.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution software.
