We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Production Manager to join the Scottland Food Group Corp team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily production operations, ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead the production team, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and food safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire daily production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP, GMP) on the production floor.
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Coordinate closely with quality control and supply chain departments to ensure product consistency and availability.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to prevent production stoppages.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance against KPIs and budget targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid license and clean driving record (if required for plant transport).
