Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow to meet organizational goals and targets.
- Implement and monitor rigorous quality control procedures to ensure product excellence and consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate closely with supply chain departments to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations (OSHA) in the workplace.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term production strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team building, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Valid SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) registration and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
