Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and delivery
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to maintain quality standards and cost efficiency
- Lead and develop production teams through training, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or similar methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in production management within manufacturing
- Proven track record implementing lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
