Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations in the footwear manufacturing plant, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and on-time delivery are consistently met.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Production Supervisors and line staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Enforce strict quality control standards throughout the production process, from cutting and stitching to assembly and finishing.
- Manage production schedules, workforce allocation, and inventory levels of raw materials and components to prevent bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSH standards) within the facility.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and cost metrics to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in production management within the manufacturing sector; footwear or garment experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of 50+ employees in a high-volume production setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Metro Manila production facility.
