Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and meet output targets
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to achieve zero-defect production and customer satisfaction
- Manage production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workforce optimization
- Develop and execute production schedules while adjusting resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Analyze production metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and quality teams to resolve operational issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production optimization techniques
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Production Management preferred
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
