Are you an experienced operational leader with a strong background in exhibition construction or custom fabrication? PT Haiki Exhibition Indonesia is seeking an energetic and target-driven Production Manager to oversee our production workshop in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
As our Production Manager, you will bridge creative designs and practical structural execution. You will lead our workshop team, coordinate resources, and streamline production workflows to deliver premium exhibition booths, stages, and custom setups. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day workshop production and on-site booth setup processes.
- Manage master production schedules to ensure all project elements are manufactured, delivered, and assembled on schedule.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high structural standards and premium aesthetic finishes.
- Optimize resource allocation, managing workshop materials, equipment maintenance, and manpower planning.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and site coordinators to align technical drawings with physical outputs.
- Enforce strictly workshop and on-site health and safety (K3) protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Analyze material usage and production costs to minimize waste and improve overall project profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager or Workshop Supervisor, preferably in the exhibition, event production, or custom interior/furniture manufacturing sectors.
- Deep understanding of materials fabrication (wood, metal, acrylics) and electrical/lighting installations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop technical workshop crews.
- Excellent project scheduling, budgeting, and supply-chain management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights, to meet tight exhibition and event installation deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving capability and resilience under pressure.
