Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all factory production operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Manage the end-to-end OEM manufacturing process, ensuring strict adherence to product specifications and client requirements.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive Quality Control (QC) protocols to maintain high industry standards.
- Champion safety initiatives, ensuring the production facility remains fully compliant with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost overall efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
- Prepare detailed production reports and budgets for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably within the F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OEM manufacturing standards and food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proficiency in English and Malay.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
