Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with production planning software and ERP systems
