Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor daily production metrics, including output volume, efficiency, and cost control, to optimize operational performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and raw material requirements effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards at all times.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare detailed production reports and present them to senior management to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to quality control.
- Knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
