Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor to ensure seamless production flow and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor production performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure Quantity, Quality, and Delivery targets are consistently met.
- Manage and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and engineering, to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed production reports and analyze data to drive decision-making and process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Production Manager or Supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and safety regulations in Malaysia.
