Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of production and processing departments to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules that meet customer orders, deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Monitor production metrics, including output, waste, and downtime, to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS) to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate closely with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management or operations leadership.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
