Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to meet operational goals.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the factory floor.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Liaise with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all production processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results under pressure.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Valid driving license is preferred for site inspections.
