Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all production activities to ensure delivery schedules and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and optimize production cycles.
- Manage and mentor production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high morale and output.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health, safety (OSHA), and environmental regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment performance, and resource allocation to prevent downtime and bottlenecks.
- Develop and analyze production reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless material supply chain integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production or plant management role, specifically within the fabrication or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software and production planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance in Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
