Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are met consistently.
- Manage raw material inventory and resources to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards and safety compliance.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team to foster a culture of high performance and safety.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE).
- Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards (HACCP), and ISO certifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
