We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure the seamless execution of production processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety within our state-of-the-art facility.
As the Production Manager, you will take ownership of production planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. You will be tasked with identifying areas for continuous improvement, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring that all production targets are met efficiently and safely. We are looking for a leader who can foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior staff, and drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of operators, technicians, and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards (ISO, IATF).
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and scrap rates.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) within the production floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and logistics to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production management, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
