Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations to meet targets.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
