Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet volume and quality targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team to foster a culture of high performance.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and material requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance departments to maintain product standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and production planning software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
