Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure output meets strict quality standards.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Lead a team of engineers and floor staff to achieve production targets and safety goals.
- Implement and maintain ISO quality management systems relevant to medical manufacturing.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new tooling and assembly processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory standards for medical devices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within the medical device or precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling management.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and improving operational KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Valid driving license is preferred for site travel.
