Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of products to meet market demands.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet industry and company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of operators, supervisors, and support staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.
