Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring maximum output efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing) to reduce waste and enhance operational productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train production floor staff to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and logistics departments to scale production capacity in line with business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production management or plant leadership role, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and Six Sigma techniques.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software and production planning systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a proactive mindset toward industry innovation.
