Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with business objectives and demand forecasts

- Optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management and vendor coordination

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in F&B manufacturing
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in production management software
- Deep understanding of HACCP, ISO, and local food safety regulations
