Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources
- Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to meet quality standards and delivery targets
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects
- Manage inventory control, procurement of materials, and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, set goals, and drive performance improvements
- Experience with budget management and cost control in a manufacturing environment
