Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and efficiency targets
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and ISO standards
- Optimize production workflows through lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control
- Lead and mentor production teams to foster skill development and accountability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with R&D on product innovation and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in production management within manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of foam manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and KPI monitoring
- Team leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Management preferred
