Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols on the manufacturing floor.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by production needs.
