We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Calamba City, Laguna. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and output quality.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols (HSE) and quality control measures to maintain ISO certifications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team through effective training and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating closely with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making and budgeting.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management or a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational targets.
- Deep understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
