Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production processes for Ayam Gepuk products, ensuring output targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Manage production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of 15+ staff members
- Implement and monitor HACCP protocols, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance (MOH & FSQM)
- Optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency through lean methodologies
- Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics departments for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze production KPIs (OEE, yield rates) and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Diploma holders with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 3 years of production management experience in F&B or food manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Malaysian food safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
