As the Production Manager, you will be the bridge between strategic planning and shop-floor execution. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to bridge communication gaps with international stakeholders and local teams. You will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet ambitious output targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and manage the daily production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse production team, fostering a culture of high performance and safety compliance.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
- Maintain strict quality control standards across all production lines.
- Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and industrial safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to manage effective communication with regional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams of 50+ staff.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
