Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols to ensure all frozen products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Enforce waste management strategies to minimize material loss and maximize yield targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Production Manager role within the frozen food or cold chain manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret production metrics and operational data.
- Proficient in using production management software and ERP systems.
- Valid medical certificate demonstrating fitness to work in a cold storage environment.
