Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize production workflows for electronic components and assemblies
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams for new product introductions
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield rates, and production costs
- Manage inventory control and production scheduling systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics manufacturing production management
- Proven track record in EMS or high-volume electronics production
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Expertise in production planning, ERP systems, and quality control
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced MNC environment with minimal supervision
