- Lead and manage fabrication and production operations to achieve optimal efficiency and output
- Develop and implement production workflows, schedules, and process improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management or fabrication supervision
- Proven track record in managing production operations and meeting delivery targets
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
