- Oversee and manage the daily production schedule to ensure optimal output and meet company targets.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products meet PepsiCo's strict standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and raw material availability.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or as needed to support production demands.
