Tanggung Jawab
- Directly oversee and optimize all phases of the lithium battery cell production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage production KPIs (OEE, yield, throughput) and drive data-based decision making to meet operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Manage production budgets and resource allocation, including manpower planning and inventory control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strongly preferred: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in lithium battery cell fabrication processes (electrode, winding/stacking, assembly, formation/aging).
- Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English (Malay and Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MES).
- Deep understanding of workplace safety and quality management systems.
