Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all molding production activities to ensure operational targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage the end-to-end molding lifecycle, including machine setup, process parameters, and maintenance scheduling.
- Enforce strict compliance with global quality standards, environmental health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Develop and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and technical growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance against budgets and strategic objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in production management, specifically within an injection or precision molding environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of molding machines, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record in driving lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
