Celestica is a global leader in electronics manufacturing, seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (PCBA/SMT) to join our team in Kulim, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-day operations of our Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing a skilled workforce, optimizing production workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and production planning for PCBA and SMT lines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement and enforce strict safety management standards to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Monitor production metrics, including yield rates, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and scrap rates, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve process capabilities.
- Manage inventory levels of components and materials to prevent stock-outs and minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and company quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, specifically within the electronics manufacturing sector (PCBA/SMT).
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, line balancing, and PCBA processes.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
