Join SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn Bhd as a Production Manager (Powder Coating) and lead critical manufacturing operations in Senai, Johor. This pivotal role oversees end-to-end powder coating processes, ensuring production efficiency, stringent quality standards, and optimal equipment performance. You'll spearhead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and delivering consistent, high-quality products. As a team leader, you'll mentor staff, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement in production workflows. The position requires strategic planning to meet delivery targets while minimizing waste and maximizing resource utilization. Your expertise will directly impact operational excellence and customer satisfaction in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire powder coating production process from pre-treatment to final packaging
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure ISO compliance
- Manage coating equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve cost-reduction targets
- Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions
- Optimize resource utilization while maintaining OSHA safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in powder coating production management
- Strong knowledge of industrial coating processes and equipment
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and cost reduction
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production planning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry quality standards (IATF 16949)
