Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve peak performance and maintain high morale.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all outputs meet technical specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety (OSH) standards and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or management role, preferably in electronics or photonics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in ERP software and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
