Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of the night shift production process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Manage and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain production processes to optimize output, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and any issues encountered during the shift
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven track record of managing night shift operations and production teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
